Financial Manager

About the Company
An international product IT company engaged in the development and support of high-load projects for large enterprises. Most of our solutions are entertainment-focused online services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Financial Manager to join our team in Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and budget control of payment requests

• Maintaining payroll registers

• Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in management accounting registers

• Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in financial accounting registers

• Reviewing primary documents for reporting purposes

• Preparing long-term and short-term cash flow plans, including payment calendars

• Preparing reports on actual cash flow movements across various analytical segments

• Cross-functional collaboration with department heads, accounting, legal teams, and project managers

• Participation in the automation of planning and reporting processes

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: preferably some experience working with primary financial documentation, but not mandatory

• Previous experience in treasury, accounting, controlling, or financial control is an advantage

• Understanding methodologies for preparing and monitoring cash flow budgets and payment calendars

• Ability to prepare and maintain payment registers

• Strong skills in working with large volumes of data

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems

• Higher education, preferably in finance-related fields (accounting, microeconomics, corporate finance)

• Strong analytical thinking

• Attention to detail

• Fast learner with a proactive attitude

• Responsibility and discretion

• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work conditions

• Language skills: English — B2+ (conversational), Russian — conversational
