VIP Client Manager

We continue to expand the team and is looking for a VIP Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

• Segment customer base.
• Contact with our VIP Customers and new customers.
• Build and maintain relationships by outbound calling, email, sms, whatsapp.
• Understand and analyze activities and trend of high-value customers.
• Develop effects and tools to encourage gaming activity.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English.
• Work experience in iGaming 1+ years.
• Basic understanding of customer psychology.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience with cold calls and objections, sales experience would be a plus.
