Manager ORS (GRCS)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
• Collecting and analyzing GRCS related data from public information sources in various industries
• Conducting assessments of clients’ GRCS practices in line with GRCS ratings international standards
• Support clients with Corporate Sustainability Reports (CSR) and GRCS policy updates
• Develop and deliver on GRCS analytics and non-financial information reporting
• Engage in internal risk management procedures related to client acceptance

To fill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Completed university degree
• 8+ years of professional experience, ideally encompassing consulting and/or client-side GRCS experience
• Good knowledge of best practice sustainability standards and frameworks (such as the GRI Standards, SASB, TCFD, UNGC, SDGs, UNGPs, IFC PS, FTSE 4 Good, IIRC, etc.)
• Good understanding of current and emerging sustainability-related regulatory requirements (such as human rights due diligence, climate change risk management, etc)
• Fluent English, Uzbek, Russian
• Excellent communications skills across oral, written and slide deck formats
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
