3+ years of experience in digital content, ideally within media, entertainment, or brand publishing.
Proven track record of growing traffic through SEO and digital storytelling.
Strong knowledge of web and social media platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, redbull.com, CMS systems.
Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) or mobile-first content editing tools.
Strong writing and editing skills in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
Understanding of Red Bull’s brand and tone of voice, and ability to apply it in all outputs.
