Sales Manager (Montenegro)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in the picturesque city of Budva, Montenegro.

What you have to do:

• Responsible for clients assigned by company;
• Provides full-service info for clients;
• Responsible to provide full and correct set of documentation;
• Focus onto closing the sales process;
• Updating database of clients and real estate offers;
• Providing offers for clients (real estate) and managing sales process with them;
• Responsible to provide contract for client;
• Build good relations with clients, based on their needs;
• Creates strategy for client retention according to company rules;
• Daily reporting to management regard closed sales, offers and client status;
• Organizes his/her activities according to company rules and procedures.

Our expectations:

• English proficiency B2-C2;
• Additional language will be considered as advantage;
• MS office package, CRM experience;
• Previous experience in real estate industry and knowledge of real estate market will be considered as advantage;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
