Assist the QA/QC Director in daily operations and project coordination.
Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists.
Support in organizing and conducting audits, inspections, and certifications.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Coordinate communication between QA/QC Director, project managers, and site teams.
Collect, analyze, and organize data related to quality control.
Assist in developing and updating procedures, manuals, and policies.
Manage scheduling, meetings, and correspondence on behalf of the QA/QC Director.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.
Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the QA/QC department.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in administration or quality-related roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
Excellent English (spoken and written).
Fluent Russian at professional working level.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and perfectionism in documentation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full-time employment, 6/1 work schedule.
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00 .
Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code.
