Job Description:


Our New Client Sales Managers are responsible for B2C client acquisition through inbound lead capture and targeted outreach. This high-activity, target-driven role focuses on working at immediate capture and appointment scheduling of new residential prospects. Our team also focuses on identifying additional opportunities, converting them into scheduled appointments and sales. Specialists are expected to maintain meticulous detail to track outcomes from pipeline management. Conversion of opportunities will come from engaging with potential clients directly via calls, in App communication, emails, and text/chat to schedule appointments and close inspections and deals.

The role is office-based in Astana to foster a “winning sales team” culture, with colleagues generating joint energy and momentum to achieve success.


Responsibilities:

* Deliver new client acquisitions in line with monthly targets by scheduling appointments and closing B2C sales
* Take ownership of work and always look for opportunities to exceed targets
Follow a proven, structured approach to sales and scheduling, maximising every client interaction
* Conduct thorough fact-finds during initial contacts to ensure client needs are met and appointments are effectively scheduled
* Negotiate and manage objections to secure successful appointment bookings and sales outcomes
* Manage allocated pipeline effectively, prioritizing high-potential B2C leads
* Build strong relationships with both potential and existing clients through personalized outreach
* Act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor during sales and scheduling processes
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and take ownership of the successful client journey from initial contact to appointment and solutions delivery


Requirements/Qualifications:


* Strong sales, negotiation, and appointment scheduling skills
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
* Focused, energetic, and self-motivated
* Experience working in a sales-driven or target-driven role, preferably in B2C environments
