Our client is an international company in the iGaming industry that develops and maintains complex high-load IT products for large companies, including globally known brands. We are currently looking for a Support Manager – the main assistant for partners and internal colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of technical settings, preparation of accesses for partner’s work, and further full supervision of partners’ and colleagues’ activities;
Resolving various issues related to the application and accesses;
Written communication in internal chats (300–350 chats).
Requirements:
English language – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Would be a plus:
Experience in sales or call center.
Conditions:
Work schedule 5/2 with a flexible start of the working day (8:30–10:00);
Probation period: 3 months;
Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (only for Russian citizens), within 1–3 months;
Vacation: 28 calendar days, counted from the first working day, the first one can be taken after six months;
4 additional days off;
No dress code;
