Major accountabilities:
Develops, implements and coordinates the full cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition, including, but not limited to, the development of candidate search and evaluation tools, the development of recruitment channels and the employer brand, the formation of a talent pool.
Forms and maintains onboarding and adaptation programs for employees, including the probation period, analyzes the effectiveness of programs. Communicates with employees, collects feedback, forms plans and activities for continuous improvement of programs.
Supports the performance management system, including training employees in corporate performance system standards, ensuring the quality and timeliness of setting and evaluating goals, supporting the formation of performance improvement plans, resolving disciplinary issues and disputes.
Participates in the development and implementation of the motivation system, initiates motivational programs, recognition programs, evaluates their effectiveness.
Carries out planning and budgeting, control of expenses for the assigned areas of responsibility and timely reporting.
Develops and implements appropriate internal corporate policies and procedures for the assigned areas of activity.
Independently initiates HR projects, programs and events, if necessary, provides support in other key processes of the HR Department.GSL Law & Consulting
