Head of Sales

We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Sales Department who will not only manage processes but also be part of our greater mission—helping people find their happiness. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and develop sales department..

• Develop and manage an agency network.

• Implement effective cross-selling strategies.

• Optimize the work of the quality control department.

• Improve sales processes at all stages.

• Hire, onboard, and motivate personnel.

• Oversee and develop the CRM system.

• Conduct sales analytics and make data-driven decisions.

We Expect:
✔ At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Sales Department.
✔ Experience in the medical field will be an advantage.
