About the Project
We are developing an innovative fintech platform in the automotive services
sector in the UAE. We're looking for a motivated specialist ready to grow with the team and participate in building a product from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Monitoring
- Monitor partner communication channels and coordinate with IT team for
incident resolution; - Perform initial technical issue diagnosis and escalate critical matters;
- Maintain incident documentation and resolution tracking;
- Monitor system functionality and respond promptly to outages.
Customer Support
- Communicate with clients regarding platform usage questions;
- Provide consultations to partners (auto service centers) on product;
- Prepare responses to frequently asked questions.
Administrative Tasks
- Complete documents and applications for partner collaboration.
Product Development Support
- Recruit respondents for user interviews;
- Assist in gathering user requirements;
- Help test new features and functionality;
- Analyze user experience and prepare improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
Essential
- Bachelor's degree (preferably technical or business-related);
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Preferred
- Experience in technical support or customer success (including internships);
- Understanding of fintech or banking product fundamentals;
- Experience working in startups or IT companies.
