International pharmaceutical company is looking for a Medical Manager in the direction of immunology.
Your area of responsibility will include:
- Oversee and manage medical affairs activities within the therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and goals. Ensure that budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements are integrated into the scientific activities of programs;
- Develop and manage the implementation of product launch strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provide strategic guidance to team members regarding medical content and maintain oversight of therapeutic area-specific medical content used in commercial communications;
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and commercial partners;
- Conduct and share scientific research to support evidence-based decision-making and guide strategic initiatives;
- Supervise the team, effectively managing and allocating resources to optimize performance and achieve departmental objectives. Responsible for all aspects of talent management within the team, coordinating onboarding, mentoring, training, and development while identifying training needs;
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards by overseeing quality assurance and risk management processes;
- Evaluate and address gaps in scientific knowledge and clinical practice, promoting improvements through research and innovation;
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
It is important for the company:
- Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;

Experience in medical affairs as a Medical Manager or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectors from 6 years;

English language from Advanced level;

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry;

Experience in developing and executing strategic medical affairs plans;

Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
