Medical manager immuno

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage medical affairs activities within the therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Ensures budgets, timelines, compliance requirements are factored into programs' scientific activities;
• Develop and oversee the execution of product launch strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional team members related to the medical content. Maintain oversight of TA specific medical content included in commercial communications;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, commercial partners etc;
• Conduct and disseminate scientific research to support evidence-based decision-making and guide strategic initiatives;
• Supervise team, manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize team performance and achieve departmental goals. Responsible for all aspects of talent management for own team, coordinates induction, mentoring, training, and development of team. Identify training needs;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, overseeing quality assurance and risk management processes;
• Assess and address gaps in scientific understanding and clinical practice, driving improvements through research and innovation;
• Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Medical/ Pharmacy degree, or related life sciences field. PhD is preferred;
• Experience in medical affairs as Medical Manager or equivalent role within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry;
• People management experience is must;
• Proven track record of leadership and project management within a medical or scientific context;
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret complex scientific data;
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both scientific and commercial audiences;
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic medical affairs plans;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
