Voximplant is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and expand our global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate demand across key markets. This role requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

⭐️ About the position

As part of our exciting growth, we are opening a new position for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing function. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and strategic marketing leader to design and implement campaigns that support our brand, product launches, and sales objectives across international markets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment, and passionate about driving impactful marketing strategies.

⭐️ Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and budget for all paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, Capterra, etc.), focusing on driving pipeline and optimizing for cost-per-SQL.
  • Develop and execute a content and email marketing strategy for the LATAM market, either through hands-on copywriting in Spanish or by effectively sourcing and managing freelance writers and content agencies to achieve our goals.
  • Establish and lead a strong alignment with Sales and BDR teams to create a tight feedback loop, ensuring marketing efforts generate high-quality MQLs that convert efficiently to SQLs and Opportunities.
  • Take full-funnel ownership, from lead generation to nurturing and conversion. You will be responsible for analyzing and measurably improving conversion rates at every stage of the funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opp).
  • Define data requirements and brief analysts for complex reporting in Power BI, while possessing the hands-on ability to build dashboards and analyze performance independently in GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Deploy analytics and marketing tags using GTM.
  • Lead market and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities, define ICP, and craft a compelling value proposition and product positioning for the LATAM market.
  • Test new channels and tactics, conducting research and AB-testing for better achieving business goals.
  • Source, onboard, and manage external agencies and freelancers for specialized projects (e.g., SEO, event management, PR), ensuring high-quality delivery and ROI.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, track spending, and report on KPIs, campaign results, and ROI to leadership.
  • Contribute to and execute the go-to-market strategy for new features or product launches in the region.

⭐️ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record of generating a pipeline for a SaaS product with a long sales cycle
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (from B2)
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience developing strategies to increase organic, high-intent traffic
  • Experience building and optimizing high-converting landing pages
  • Knowledge of web analytics services (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Native Spanish speaker residing in Mexico is highly desirable, with Portuguese language skills being a significant plus
  • Experience with ABM strategies and hosting webinars is a strong plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) for lead nurturing and scoring would be a plus.
