Partner Support Manager (Remote)

What you’ll do

• Be the go-to person for our rental partners: support, solve, explain — with clarity and care

• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and escalations with empathy and structure

• Work with internal teams to make sure operations run smoothly and partner needs are met

• Maintain clear and up-to-date records in tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Asana

• Communicate consistently — even if you’re saying the same thing five times, you do it with the same patience and tone

What we’re looking for

• You work fast — but never lose sight of details

• You’re self-driven — you don’t wait for reminders to get things done

• You write and speak clearly and respectfully — even when things get tense

• You know your way around Slack, Asana, and Google Sheets

• You’re not afraid of saying “I’m not sure” — because you’ll quickly figure it out and explain it in a way that even half-asleep teammates will understand
