Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead creative, data-driven collaborations with social media influencers.

You will contribute to the growth and success of two dynamic projects in the beauty and wellness industry: ITS BEAUTY, a beauty salon chain in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and BODIFY, a women’s fitness studio in Dubai.

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and scaling partnerships with content creators, primarily on Instagram. Your goal will be to build authentic relationships that amplify our brand voice, drive brand awareness, and support acquisition and retention efforts.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant influencers through Instagram hashtags, geotags, and community accounts

• Use tools and services to parse and structure influencer data (followers, engagement, content quality, etc.)

• Initiate outreach and manage end-to-end communication with influencers

• Negotiate collaboration terms and monitor deliverables

• Track campaign performance and maintain structured reports

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging creators in beauty, wellness, and fitness

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital PR

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with Instagram and influencer analytics

• Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel

• English level: B1 or higher (comfortable in both written and verbal communication)

• Self-starter mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Bonus: experience with parsing tools, and knowledge of the UAE influencer landscape
