Операционный директор

Responsibilities:

• Set up and optimize all operational processes from A to Z:

leads → measurements → fabric ordering → production → delivery & installation → after-sales service

• Manage and control the work of measurers, installers, production team, and admins

• Personally handle customer issues when needed — no passing the buck

• Monitor quality and continuously implement improvements

• Solve complex, urgent, and “impossible” tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• English language skills

• Experience in operations is a plus, but not required

• High stress tolerance and hands-on work ethic

• Strong structural thinking and the ability to build systems from scratch

• Focus on results, not excuses

• Responsibility, independence, and speed in decision-making.
