A Solution Architect (SA) is the technical lead responsible for providing cloud solutions and cloud migration services to customers. The SA analyzes customer business scenarios, delivers consulting and value analysis, designs deliverable, competitive, and replicable solutions. SA ensures the achievement of sales targets, business indicators, and customer satisfaction, promotes continuous business development, and helps customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Market Analyst: Understands the market landscape (industry, customer, competitors), identifies opportunities, and develops business strategies.
- Solution Leader: Builds sellable solution lists, plans cloud adoption paths, manages customer requirements, runs POCs, and builds technical relationships.
- Stock Business Developer: Supports customers during cloud usage, identifies new business opportunities from existing accounts.
- Technical Evangelist: Hosts and participates in industry events, delivers cloud product and technical presentations, and enhances Huawei Cloud’s influence.
- Product Strategist: Builds and optimizes product offerings for the region, sets sales strategies, and drives competitiveness.
- Profitability Guardian: Conducts commercial analysis, manages pricing and deal structures, and supports both short-term and long-term profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, Network Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluent in Russian and English (Chinese is a plus).
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud computing, virtualization, network architecture, systems integration, or data center-related technical roles.
- Experience in public, private, or hybrid cloud architecture is preferred.
- Experience in ICT system integration project delivery or solution design is a plus.
- Familiar with mainstream cloud platforms (e.g., Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
- Proficient in at least two areas among IaaS (ECS, VPC, EVS), PaaS (database, containers), security, or AI.
- Strong ability to identify and solve customer pain points; effective in communicating with IT, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills; capable of independently producing solution proposals and bid documents.
- Quick learner, adaptive to new technologies and products.
- Comfortable with project-based work tempo, and able to collaborate across teams and departments effectively.
