Project Manager (PR Agency)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables

- Media relations, including story and message development, creating, and driving outreach plans, speaking to journalists regularly to secure media coverage/briefings with senior editors and correspondents, briefing spokespeople, and ongoing development of own media contacts

- Overseeing quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence for junior members of teams, providing close coaching and development

- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

- Ensure project goals are aligned with overall business objectives

- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues efficiently

- Producing content; writing/editing press releases, social media content, articles, PR proposals

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of project management experience

- Fluency in Uzbek and English (both written and spoken)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Hands-on experience with tools like Trello, Asana, or AmoCRM

- Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and solve problems independently

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
