Design and implement lesson plans that integrate traditional art techniques (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc.) with digital media (digital illustration, graphic design, animation, etc.).
Incorporate art history and theory into lessons to provide context and inspiration for students.
Teach fundamental and advanced skills in traditional media such as charcoal, watercolor, acrylics, and clay.
Guide students in using digital tools, including Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Encourage creativity, experimentation, and critical thinking in students' artistic processes.
Create a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
Maintain a safe and organized classroom and media lab, ensuring proper use of materials and equipment.
Stay current with trends and developments in both traditional and digital art.
Attend and actively participate in regular staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences and school-wide initiatives and projects.
Contribute to school-related events, exhibitions, and art shows.
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Uzbek and Russian both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proficiency in both traditional art techniques and digital art software..
Prior teaching experience in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fostering creativity and artistic growth in students.
Experience with animation, 3D modeling, or video editing.
Knowledge of art history and contemporary art movements.
Familiarity with digital photography and image editing.
