Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success for SaaS companies, ideally with onboarding experience
Timezone experience: Experience working with US and EU clients is highly preferred

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new B2B clients

Be the main point of contact and trusted partner during the launch phase: guide clients step-by-step, from signing to successful go-live

Ensure clients get true value from the product from day one

Act as a bridge between clients, support, and the product team to resolve issues quickly

Create and standardize scalable onboarding playbooks and best practices

Monitor integration health, product setup, and success metrics

Constantly improve customer experience and drive retention and satisfaction
Who You Are

Experienced: 5+ years in Customer Success or Onboarding in a SaaS company, preferably with B2B clients

You’re used to working in fast-paced, client-first teams with high ownership

You have great communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a problem-solving mindset

You’ve worked with US-based clients or teams and understand cultural/business nuances

Fluent in English (C1+), both spoken and written

You're a systems-thinker: ready to build scalable processes and improve them over time

You're comfortable collaborating with product, support, and engineering teams
