Junior SEO Specialist

Apps Do Wonders is an innovative tech start-up focused on developing cutting-edge applications to enhance productivity and efficiency. We have developed two products – ChatGPT for Excel and ChatGPT for PowerPoint, both of which are in the top 10 Microsoft add-ins on the marketplace.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious SEO Assistant to support our SEO Manager in executing various search engine optimization tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has a strong foundational understanding of web technologies and a passion for digital marketing. You’ll learn directly from an experienced SEO professional and gain hands-on experience in real-world projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-page SEO tasks including keyword research
• Support link building efforts (e.g., researching backlink opportunities, submitting to directories, tracking guest post outreach).
• Help coordinate with writers and review SEO-optimized content for accuracy and quality. Assist in performing basic SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Monitor and update website SEO elements within CMS platforms WordPress (e.g., updating titles, meta descriptions, page content).
• Research competitor SEO strategies and summarize findings for the SEO team.
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of how websites work (e.g., HTML, CSS, domains, CMS
• platforms).
• Strong interest in digital marketing and SEO.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
• Ahrefs, or SEMrush is a plus.
• SEO Assistant 1Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and communicate insights clearly.
