Working: Remotely, as part of an international team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyse sales performance KPIs by region, segment, product, and customer type (new vs. existing);
  • Provide regular insights to sales and leadership to improve conversion, cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies;
  • Develop dashboards and CRM reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support Sales and KAM teams with visibility into pipeline health, revenue trends, and customer segmentation;
  • Support sales forecasting with historical performance modelling and lead velocity analytics;
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and complete data entry in the CRM to reflect real-time sales activities and pipeline stages;
  • Standardize data structures to support reporting and account development tracking;
  • Partner with IT or data teams to continuously optimize CRM functionality for commercial strategy needs;
  • Own pricing governance and approval processes across all service lines and regions;
  • Develop and maintain pricing tools and models to ensure commercial consistency and margin protection;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure proposals meet client and regulatory requirements, especially for temperature-controlled, time-critical, or depot-based solutions;
  • Maintain a commercial “playbook” of value propositions, customer case studies, and pricing scenarios to support frontline commercial teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field;
  • 5+ years in commercial operations, sales performance, pricing, or proposal management roles — ideally in clinical trials, life sciences, or healthcare logistics;
  • Digitally competent and experience with CRM systems and 1C or other ERP systems;
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and commercial analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau);
  • Strong financial acumen in pricing, margin analysis, and commercial modelling;
  • Experience managing proposal and bid development in a regulated environment.
