An international FMCG company is looking for an Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar: schedule meetings, appointments, and business trips
Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and business meetings
Receive, process, and monitor incoming correspondence
Prepare and edit documents, including reports and presentations
Communicate with internal departments and external partners
Handle business correspondence, including in English
Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa support
Prepare reports on travel expenses
Organize visits of guests from headquarters and top management
Requirements:
Higher education
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of Turkish is an advantage
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
