Dentons Kazakhstan seeks to hire a full-time Personal Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will be assisting the Partner and lawyers in legal administrative support duties

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Handle and screen meetings, telephone calls and visitors
  • Perform data processing and documentation work
  • Arrange travelling
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 3-6 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all levels
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Exceptionally organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
  • Stress-resistant
  • Fluent and professional English (B1, B2, C1, C2) and Russian; Kazakh is an advantage
