Project Manager

N1 Partners Group is a rapidly growing IT product company which always welcomes professionals in various areas of IT and iGaming to join the team. Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure that all team members understand and adhere to agile practices and principles.
• Revise and maintain the internal ticket lifecycle system.
• Prepare and present product or project demos to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and development discussions (PDDs), as well as monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience in managing software development teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting performance reviews and development discussions.
• Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication.
• English level: Intermediate.
