- Планирование и контроль бюджета, обеспечение финансовой устойчивости и роста прибыли;
- Руководство командой: найм, обучение, мотивация сотрудников;
- Взаимодействие с клиентами, партнерами и регуляторами;
- Анализ рынка и конкурентной среды, разработка мер по улучшению позиций бизнес-юнита

Summary:
Coordinate and lead the strategic development, tactical implementation, and financial planning components of all Sales and Marketing related aspects of the Brand Strategy. The gravity of this role contributes to managing customer and other commercial activities, including leading and coaching a sales team to maximize brand sales and margin. It is within this role's core to place the patient at the heart of all efforts and operate within the stipulated AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all marketing and sales-related brand activities as per the Brand Plan.
- Optimize resource utilization by leading, developing, and coaching a performance-driven Sales Team.
- Hold accountability for allocated Brand P&L in terms of brand sales and financial planning.
- Set future direction for existing and new products and business opportunities to achieve maximum business results.
- Professionally manage, build cross-functional cooperation between key stakeholders, build effective multidisciplinary Field Teams.
- Develop and coach talent, building succession plans to ensure continuous high-performance engagement.
- Liaise with Area and Regional functions to integrate global strategies into local brand planning strategy and execution.
- Role model AbbVie's behavior and enable the Brand Team to work
Main requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success in a marketing and sales leadership position within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to develop business vision, translate into strategies, and actionable plans
- Proven experience in leadership, management, and coaching of teams and individuals
- Excellent working knowledge of the healthcare environment and evolving landscape
- Excellent knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing and sales principles and techniques
- Solid understanding of finance principles and processes, language proficiency verbally, and in writing
