About the position:
BDM is responsible for identify new business opportunities and key accounts, build and manage relationships with C-level executives, achieve sales targets and revenue growth. This role involves lead negotiations and manage contracts, conduct market analysis and competitor research, collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions, report on business development performance.
Responsibilities:
- Linking and supply control of iPhones/accessories Apple.
- Provide competitive analysis, including analyzing data, market trends, identifying market opportunities, advising on pricing and promotional decisions.
- Identify relevant product & market trends, new market development opportunities & lead process of assessing new market opportunities for assigned product portfolio.
- Identify target markets and market penetration strategies.
- Understand the aspects of a customer’s business that applies to our product offerings by capturing and articulating market problems.
- Coordination of product introduction and market exploitation.
- Development of consumer and channel communication strategies for new product launch.
- Set the overall direction for customer proposals and quotations within the product line; influences customers to align product roadmaps with product line objectives; ensures customer proposals meet strategic goals of the product line.
- Cooperation with Central team to determine best technical bid for customer pursuits.
- Conduct strategic reviews to ensure the execution of the strategic plans; defines clearmilestones and metrics to assess the performance of strategic initiatives; tracks anddelivers results to Team Lead.
- Participation in negotiations with key customers where the KAM power is not enough.

- Any other tasks related to business development.
Requirements:
- BDM experience of at least 3 years.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Analytical mindset, CRM proficiency
