We specialize in cultural exchange and Work and Travel programs, operating across Europe, USA and Middle Asia. We’re expanding our Romanian team and looking for energetic, people-oriented recruiters who want to make a difference.

Your Role Will Include:

• Recruiting students and candidates for international exchange and work an travel programs
• Conducting interviews and applicant screenings
• Managing the applicant journey from interest to placement

Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in recruitment
• Willingness to relocate and work from our Romanian office
• Passion for international education, travel, and people
