Personal Assistant to the CEO

About the Position:
We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal matters. This role is ideal for a young professional with a degree in business or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CEO on personal and corporate matters
• Plan the work travel arrangement for company’s employees and clients
• Assist with personal travel arrangement for CEO
• Arrange meetings and video calls for management
• Set reminders for CEO
• Registration to events
• Settling calendar invites and scheduling for CEO
• Research for potential vendors for company and for personal matter of CEO
• Assist with all administrative tasks (incl. arranging document shipping)
• Apply for visas for employees and clients
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as per instructions
• Any other ad-hoc task assigns by Operational manager, CEO

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or related field
• 3-5 year of work experience
• Proficiency in English and Russian
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise work
• Ability to work independently
• Methodical, diligent, with good planning abilities
