We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support our top manager!
Responsibilities:
Global Travel & Logistics: Full coordination of complex international business trips for the CEO and family, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and event logistics.
Health & Wellness Coordination: Scheduling and managing appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Event & Leisure Planning: Comprehensive organization of personal events (e.g., birthdays), family vacations, and leisure activities.
Public Speaking & Event Appearances: Organizing public speaking engagements and event appearances.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinating tasks and document sign-offs between departments.
Deadline & Timeline Tracking: Monitoring timelines and deadlines for both business and personal tasks.
Visa Management: Securing and renewing visas for the CEO and all family members; tracking day counts across different countries.
Household & Personal Support: Assisting with various personal and household matters in Cyprus and London; managing family transport (vehicle maintenance, road tax, insurance, repairs, fines).
Ad-hoc Personal Requests: Handling diverse personal errands and requests as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Russian and English.
Extensive experience in high-level travel management, including concierge services and complex international itineraries.
Proven skills in event organization.
High level of responsibility, reliability, and discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability in managing diverse and evolving tasks.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
