Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in elevating the Site Quality Teams to ensure that all deliveries from the Site meet the highest quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality Action Plan, Quality Resources Management, QMS and Process Management), drive continuous improvement initiatives and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

• Being responsible for Quality and Safety assessment of the products & services delivered, according to the contractual quality requirements,

• Increasing Customer satisfaction through periodic meetings, Customers Surveys, product delivery controls,

• Deploying standard tools and indicators, and contributing to their improvement,

• Ensuring Process governance, Risk and Opportunity management with site interested parties

• Degree in Engineering or Quality management,

• Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies,

• Familiarity with the railway industry norms and certifications,

• Experience or understanding of industrial quality in a leadership role,

• Strong negotiation and communication skills,

• Customer and result focus,

• Team management, negotiation, and strategic vision,

• Leadership and internal and external influencing skills
