Open Innovation Project Manager/Associate in Life Sciences, Medical, Pharma, Food and Chemistry

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Contribute to Open Innovation programs for global life sciences, pharma, and industrial companies.

• Understand client challenges and support ongoing project coordination and maintain accurate internal records.

• Identify, reach out to, and engage with researchers, technology transfer offices, and innovative startups worldwide.

• Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

• Excellent written and spoken English (our working language is English).

• Strong interest in science, innovation, and the ability to quickly understand new concepts.

• Knowledge of wet lab processes (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, drug discovery workflows) is a strong plus.

• Experience in literature review and critical analysis of scientific data is also a strong plus.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

• Open to recent graduates – project management experience is not required for this junior role.
