Danone Essential Dairy & Plant-based division (EDP) produces and markets fermented fresh dairy products. Our key brands are Activia. Actimel, Danone, Danissimo, Danonino, Prostokvashino. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Within available and approved methods collects and analyses data on market conjuncture, competition, trends and consumer insights in order to contribute to development of brand strategy and equity, consumer focused communication, relevant innovations introduction.
  • Within brand marketing plans, brand, sales and financial targets executes processes on brand portfolio: new product development, improving current and delisting non-performing SKUs in order to ensure brand growth.
  • Within the brand equity and communication strategy contributes to execution of brand communication activities, including ATL, BTL and sales in order to ensure brand equity communication improvement and sales growth.
  • Within the approved brand innovations and communication plans, contributes to packaging design, TV copies and executes POSM, promo activities, sampling, digital, print, etc. to ensure the effective execution of brand communication strategy.
  • Within the brand budget leads payment processes execution and control including purchase requests, biddings and contracts, in order to ensure timely execution of planned activities.​​​​​​​
  • Within available and approved tools collects and analyses data on actual brand performance versus targets and contributes to short and mid-term action plans development.​​​​​​​
  • Within regular demand forecasting meetings, together with Planning, Trade Marketing and Sales department forecasts demand in order to ensure accurate company resources allocation and product availability.​​​​​​​
  • Within company procedures initiates and leads projects by communicating with other departments and external counterparts, igniting, tracking and managing cross-functional activities in order to ensure effective project launch/execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Higher Education in Marketing or Economics
  • Total Experience: 1 – 1,5 year of experience in Marketing in FMCG
  • Special skills/knowledge: fluent in English, advanced user of MS Office, project management, time management, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, flexibility, ability to work in team, stress tolerance
