Monitor and track freight deliveries using dispatch software

Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management

Manage route planning for efficiency and cost savings

Handle emergency calls and resolve issues quickly

Ensure compliance with DOT and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous dispatch or logistics experience in trucking

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with dispatch or transportation management software

Strong organizational and time management abilities
