What You’ll Do:

Source, screen, and hire CDL drivers and support staff

Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns

Conduct interviews and facilitate pre-employment processes

Build relationships with driving schools and industry partners

Maintain driver pipelines and ensure compliance with DOT regulations

What We’re Looking For:

1 year of recruiting experience (preferably in transportation/logistics)

Excellent communication and people skills

Highly organized and results-driven

Familiarity with DOT hiring requirements a plus

Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
