The Financial Analyst Russia&CIS will support the financial planning and actuals analysis/reporting requirements for CIS counties and respective product BU, support functions within Russia. The Financial Analyst will be a critical contributor to the local FP&A team, Regional FP&A team interacting will all levels of the business units supported.
The Financial Analyst will partner with key members of the team to implement operational improvements, develop new tools to manage and assess business performance and support the Senior Business Finance Manager on ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in preparation of LRP, LBE, and Plan (data consolidation, system submissions)
- Preparation of monthly S&OP package
- Assists with the month end close and financial reporting activities including monthly business/budget reviews, LBEs and preparation of related review packages with variance analysis/commentary on expenses, headcount and capital
- Assists with variance analysis and commentary for planning cycles and management reporting under direct guidance of Manager.
- Provides accurate and timely financial planning and analysis deliverables to direct Manager.
- Assists with financial support to functional business managers.
- Fully accountable for maintaining and monitoring established budgets for assigned departments
- Development and implementation of process changes while delivering on responsibilities within current framework.
- Ad-hoc analysis as required

- Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with cross-functional partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- English upper-intermediate
- Minimum 2+ years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Experience with Consolidation tools (TMI 1, BPC, etc.) and SAP preferred.
- Ukills in Power BI - create and maintain analytical reports preferred.
