Responsibilities:
- Develop business relations with key regional customers
- Implementation of sales plans: fulfill personal KPIs and the general goals of the department
- Maintenance of commercial terms and conditions with regional key partners, identify key customers and visit them regularly. Liaise with decision makers
- Management of product distribution channels: work to increase sales, work to increase in-house share and market share in accordance with company’s targets
- Creating sales strategies in accordance with sales channels: creating product promotion strategies (responsible for the chain “Purchase-Sales-Inventory”), promote realme goods in various sales channels, be responsible for promoting promotions
- General sales tasks and performs sale review
- Collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Trade Marketing teams
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Russian mobile market. Be familiar with decision makers of «regional» partners
