Business/Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

• Collecting and analyzing data from providers, admin panels, APIs, and internal systems (without direct access to the database).
• Monitoring SMS price changes, analyzing reasons for price increases or decreases.
• Conducting comparative analysis of SMS delivery routes based on quality, cost, and efficiency metrics.
• Gathering and analyzing data from business teams, account managers, and developers.

Metrics Development and Insights:

• Identifying key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and stability of SMS routes.
• Developing additional metrics for more precise analysis and decision-making.
• Drawing conclusions and preparing recommendations for process optimization.

Product Support and Collaboration:

• Preparing analytical memos, reports, and presentations for product and business teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product teams, developers, and account managers to implement data-driven improvements.
• Participating in route optimization and enhancement of SMS delivery quality based on analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in analytical roles (product, operational, or marketing analytics).
• Ability to work with data from external sources (admin panels, APIs, provider dashboards).
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets: data arrays, pivot tables, complex formulas.
• Basic knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
• Skills in reporting and deriving analytical insights.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn the basics of SMS routing.
• Readiness to work in a cross-functional team and interact with various roles.
