What you’ll do:
Develop and Maintain Analytics Products
Design, build, and maintain analytics tools, dashboards, and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
Ensure solutions are scalable, fast, and reliable, updating them as business needs or data sources evolve
Create and Manage Data Pipelines
Build, automate, and optimize data pipelines that integrate multiple sources into analytics platforms
Ensure smooth end-to-end data flow — from raw input to dashboards — with high data quality and integrity
Drive Ad-Hoc Analytics and Research
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities
Apply statistical or machine learning methods when appropriate to generate insights and guide decision-making
Collaborate and Communicate Across Teams
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver tailored data solutions
Provide analytics support to both internal teams and external clients using our marketing services
What you need to succeed:
2+ years of hands-on experience using Python in production environments, ideally within large, complex codebases
Solid understanding of core statistical concepts — basic distributions, their properties, and statistical tests
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset — you're comfortable working across teams and driving solutions
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
