Job Title: Director of Marketing
Location: Dubai, UAE
A new developer in the UAE real estate market, launching with exclusive, high-end projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. We are driven by design, innovation, and a mission to redefine the luxury real estate experience. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to establish and lead our marketing function from the ground up.
Role Overview
As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing the full marketing strategy for the company. You will establish the entire marketing department, build a high-performing team, and develop systems and workflows that support long-term brand growth and sales success. This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and a creative approach to storytelling, brand positioning, and campaign innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Department Setup & Leadership:
Establish the Marketing Department from scratch, including team structure, hiring, and operational systems.
Define and implement scalable marketing processes and KPIs.
Strategic Marketing Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the company’s projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
Oversee full-cycle marketing from concept to execution, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
Brand Development:
Build and maintain a premium brand identity for company across all touchpoints.
Drive brand consistency across all marketing channels, content, and communications.
Digital & Social Media Management:
Supervise social media strategy and execution (SMM), ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid media.
Team & Vendor Oversight:
Manage and mentor in-house graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers.
Lead coordination with third-party agencies, media partners, and PR firms.
Creative & Campaign Leadership:
Continuously propose new campaigns, ideas, and marketing initiatives to elevate the company’s visibility and appeal.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and buyer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience in the UAE real estate industry is a must.
Proven experience in building and managing marketing teams.
Deep understanding of luxury real estate marketing, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English.
Proactive, creative, and full of new ideas with a drive to challenge the status quo.
