Recruitment Coordinator

We are a fast-growing and developing company, currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our talented workforce.

Currently, we have 5 beauty studios in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, positioned in the middle price segment, offering high-quality services. We also run fitness and stretching studios.

Responsibilities:

•Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

•Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

•Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

•Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

•Assist with job postings on various platforms and track application responses.

•Communicate with potential candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.

•Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and expectations.

•Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

•Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

Requirements:

•English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

•Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination is a plus.

•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

•Proficiency in using recruitment software and job posting platforms.
