IT Lawyer

We are looking for International (EU,USA) IT lawyer with focus on tech investments.

If you have strong work experience and are interested in working with Client Agreements, work orders, managing locations abroad (registration support, full support of activities, labor issues, clients, vendors, etc.), tenders, this vacancy is exactly what you are looking for!

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in law
• Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role in IT
• Solid experience in commercial and civil law, as well as legal support of investments
• Detail-oriented
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Legal Department Team, you are expected to support company business activities, including, but not limited to:

• Legal support of the company’s operations in several jurisdictions

• Drafting/reviewing all types of agreements, NDA, and other legal documents

• Support of relocation processes, including work and residence permit matters in foreign countries

• Advising on different IP- and personal data-related matters

• Assisting sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval thereof with clients/partners/suppliers

• Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
