Responsibilities:
Full ownership of regional launch and operational strategy.
Build and manage two core teams: Sales and Support (10–15 people each).
Develop and optimize business processes from the ground up.
Drive B2C growth through traffic and revenue metrics.
Handle local business development, including upselling and incoming requests.
Align cross-functional execution with company-wide strategic goals.
Manage P&L for the region and report directly to Head of Country Manager and C-level.
Integrate local payment systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee project management and coordination across departments.
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian is mandatory.
Proven leadership experience in senior roles (Product Owner, Head of..., C-level) over the last 2 years.
Strong analytical and structured thinking — ability to operate with facts and numbers, not assumptions.
Hands-on experience in launching and scaling operations (LATAM or India).
Deep understanding of B2C business models, traffic, and monetization mechanics.
Excellent communication skills — ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
Strategic mindset combined with a “do-it-yourself” execution style.
Experience in iGaming or Gaming is highly preferred.
Knowledge of local compliance, payment systems, and regional specifics (LATAM or India).
Experience launching your own casino or similar product is a big advantage.
