Anteya is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote, working hours 09:00–18:00 Dubai time (Mon–Fri)

Fixed salary: ₽200,000/month (gross)

Trial period: 1 month (can be terminated by either party at any time)

Post-trial: Performance review after 3 months with bonus potential

Mission:

Deliver a stable flow of high-quality leads with profitable unit economics and a short deal cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the launch of ad campaigns on Meta and Google for real estate projects — working closely with designers and traffic specialists, with full responsibility for performance and results

• Build and optimize the entire sales funnel: ad → landing page → CRM → sale

• Track and improve key metrics: CPL, CPM (cost per meeting), CAC, deal cycle

• Formulate, test, and analyze marketing hypotheses

• Gather feedback from the sales team and implement improvements in the funnel and messaging

• Analyze landing performance and prepare clear technical briefs for the design team

• Work hand-in-hand with sales leads, creatives, and traffic teams to meet campaign and sales targets

• Automate routine processes and implement improvements for operational efficiency

• Report clearly and regularly to the founders and sales teams

• You make fast, data-driven decisions and optimize for ROI

• You propose improvements to offers, creatives, and funnels based on performance metrics

• You’re focused on impact and numbers — not on micromanaging creatives or traffic

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing

• English level: B2 or higher

• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of unit economics

• Proven cases of successful campaigns — a big plus

• Experience in real estate marketing — fast track to hire
