Finance specialist (Chinese language)

International automotive company GAC is looking for a Finance Specialist (Chinese language is required!)

Fnance Specialist will be responsible for:

• Funding plan analysis.

• Implementation of foreign exchange settlement (analysis, bank inquiries, proposals, business follow-up, settlement realization).

• Implementation of bank time deposits (analysis, bank inquiries, proposals, business follow-up, and realization of deposits).

• Implementation of remittance (return) from headquarters (preparation of documents, initiation of payment request, business follow-up, and realization of payment).

• Preparation of annual budget and midyear budget..

• Vehicle profit and loss estimation (forecasting and actual results).

• Forecasting and analyzing the results in the Russian company.

• Reporting to the head office on the analysis of the expenses of the Russian company and the Russian project team (filling in the excel sheet).

• Profit estimation for company's assessment (excel sheet filling).

• Review of business policy proposals of business units.

• Preparation of cost of goods sold statement (preparation, conversion).

• Cash flow statement (preparation, conversion).

• Income statement (preparation, conversion).

• Balance sheet (conversion.

• Preparation of the closing accounts: management of withholding: expenses, commercial policies (collection, measurement, utilization).
• Preparation for closing: 1C audit: expenses, revenues, costs, other revenues, other expenses, inventories, money funds, trade payables.
• Expense detail preparation.
• Preparation of head office current account details.
• Inventory detail preparation (complete vehicles; spare parts).
• Detailed compilation of human efficiency indicators.
• Financial audits: local Russian audits, headquarters audits (data preparation, inventory, communication, etc.).
• Specialized financial audit work in Russia: lead, guidance, communication, information preparation, etc.

Requirements:

• Native/ Advanced Chinese language, intermediate English, Russian - as a plus.
• Higher Education in Accounting & Finance.
• Experience in finance/ economics not less then for 1Y.

Conditions:

• Official employment according to the labour code of the RF.
• Working schedule: 5/2 (office).
• VMI after probation period.
