Responsibilities:
• Manage ongoing operations related to SIP trunk routing, number provisioning, and VoIP carrier management.
• Track and follow up on operational cases involving route quality, number procurement, documentation, and technical coordination.
• Ensure timely receipt and processing of invoices, contracts, and other documents from telecom providers.
• Maintain clear documentation of current routes, traffic flows, and provider status.
• Monitor and escalate service quality issues and collaborate with providers for resolution.
• Act as a liaison with internal teams (support, marketing, risk, compliance) that rely on telecom services.
• Monitor service quality KPIs (ASR, ACD, CCR) and traffic metrics to ensure providers meet required standards.
• Organize regular check-ins and process reviews to keep operational flow smooth and predictable.
• Maintain and structure operational data in Excel/Sheets for tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
• Support the Telecom Account Manager and Product teams with ongoing improvements and audits.
• Log and track incidents reported by internal teams (marketing, customer retention, compliance, etc.) related to telecom service quality or availability.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate providers or internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with impacted teams regarding issue status and resolution progress.
• Build structured incident documentation for future reference and audit readiness.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, operations, or infrastructure-related roles (VoIP is a strong plus).
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, data cleaning, basic formulas).
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills — you bring clarity to complexity.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• English proficiency B2 or higher (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working with tickets, reports, and tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and follow up independently.
• Experience with telecom services (SIP trunks, DID routing, toll-free lines) is a plus.
• Love for structured processes, neat tables, and keeping everything in order — a big plus.
