Logistics & Planning Assistant

Responsibilities of the Employee in the future:

• Collect, analyze and plan goods issue from warehouses based on requests from Marketing, Sales divisions;
• Overseeing data in ERP SAP, other internal document and data exchange systems;
• Electronic documents exchange platforms: EXIM/ E-contract, Asl Belgisi labelling system, DIDOX, singlewindow.uz;
• Customs duty, other taxes and obligatory payments planning and status control;
• Periodical reporting within the company on inventory, equipment and other movement reports;
• Prepare reports to customs authorities on excise stamps movements;
• Participate in development of guidelines, regulations, and instructions for Supply Chain Department;

Job requirements :

• Self-supportive in SAP, other databases solutions
• Experience in operational planning, reporting,
• Analytical skills in various data sets - numeric, quantitative, qualitative

2. Uzbek - native
3. Russian - native/fluent
