Cyber Security Engineer

We are rapidly growing and looking for an experienced specialist for the Cyber Security Engineer position.

What you will do:

• Deploy, configure, and manage information security tools
• Connect event sources to the SIEM system
• Monitor and analyze security events
• Participate in incident investigations, vulnerability remediation, and the development of protective measures
• Collaborate with system administrators on secure infrastructure setup and information security issues

What you should have:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with security tools (AV, WAF, SIEM, FW)
• Knowledge of modern types of attacks on information systems and countermeasures
• Ability to analyze logs from security tools, operating systems, and network equipment
• Strong understanding of networking technologies (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT), virtualization principles, and security protocols
• Basic administration skills in Linux and Windows

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of macOS administration
• Experience with vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, MDM, and NGFW
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Knowledge and use of programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for task automation
