Customer Support Operations Specialist

As part of our commitment to excellence, we're currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Operations Specialist to join our team. Due to the consistent growth and expansion of the project, we are in constant search of enthusiastic candidates. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of e-commerce and IT. As a CS Operations Specialist, you will support daily operations on major U.S. platforms like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc. You will also monitor internal systems and assist with maintaining order data. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to grow into the world of IT customer operations. You will work with real data, solve real issues, and contribute to a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage return requests, cases, and disputes across company accounts;
• File and follow up on claims with international mail carriers;
• Regularly check and respond to important updates and notifications from partner platforms;
• Support internal order workflows, including data entry and updates;
• Maintain a positive brand reputation on public platforms;
• Meet task-based KPIs;
• Multitask effectively, collaborating with various internal departments.

Expectations:

• ​​​English level B1 (Intermediate) or higher (written and spoken);
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00 (summer) / 12:00–21:00 (winter). Some flexibility is possible;
• Experience in Business Correspondence and Multicultural Communication is a plus;
• A strong desire for ongoing personal and professional growth;
• Prior customer support experience is highly valued but not required;
• Basic analytical and mathematical skills;
• Effective handling of challenging communications and interactions;
• Resourcefulness - ability to search for information.
